What country is this in…It’s disgusting the way these lovely birds are chained. They should be able to fly or their wings won’t get moved or opened properly. Are these birds being bought by people, in what countries!! I sincerely hope they are not being smuggled into countries for people who want a cheap parrot!! Those in the UK, do not buy birds from people like this. We have legit breeders here and lots of rescue places. 🦜🦜

okay but this is unnexeptable that animal abuse

At least they get to live freely in such a big cage and also you can really see that they aren’t actually that scared because they’re not running or away on their own which means they’re actually pretty calm. Yes it is very harsh and sad though but honestly this is much better than some cases that I’ve seen these budgies live but they definitely have lots of food, water and friends stay safe.😊
